Soluté Records was founded in 2020 by young entrepreneurs whose ambition was to bring color and professionalism to the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean music scene by offering affordable turnkey services to emerging artists, allowing them to complete their projects from A to Z with just one knock on the door. Since then, they have continued to prove that it is possible for artists to shine well beyond their home region. Soluté Records contributes to the development of the regional and provincial music scene in various ways, including its management, music publishing, record production, show production, and booking activities. While the company first became known for producing live sessions and podcasts broadcast on YouTube, with around ten artists under its label, it is now recognized as a record label in its own right. Soluté Records is currently experiencing very rapid development: the artists under its label are now enjoying enviable success well beyond Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, extremely promising new talents have been added to the stable and an overseas adventure is beginning with the first international signings and collaborations for representation in the territories of France, Belgium and Switzerland.
